Gary is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager who designed major Highways in the Toronto area, before becoming an Administrative and Worship Pastor of two large churches in Waterloo Region, Ontario.
Gary has an eye for culture and change management, and is a natural at organizational leadership, relational team building, and the revitalization of systems to help you work smarter.
Gary listened to our vision, asked good questions and then took our ideas to design a program model reflecting our values and culture. He developed the role of 'high capacity volunteers' as the key component in our design. We implemented this model and continue to build effectively upon it today.
